Things To Do

Vancouver Island North’s second-largest community, Port McNeill offers an immersive landscape to explore. Broaden your stay and explore the tide swept beaches, dive into community history at the Heritage Museum or hire a charter to witness the wilderness of the Broughton Archipelago.

Vancouver Island Fishing

The northern waters of the Georgia Straight offer anglers some of the greatest opportunities to reel in Pacific salmon, massive halibut and various populations of fish off the rugged coastline.

Fish Processing

As a courtesy, your catches will be filleted, vacuumed and flash frozen so you can take home your prize catch and celebrate your experience with us long after you leave. If you’re flying, we’ll be sure to box it under the weight limit.
